About this directory
This directory follows the 2 dedicated prediction markets we track, Kalshi and Polymarket, across 209 countries and territories. A prediction market lets users trade contracts on the outcome of real-world events, and countries classify that activity in different ways, so the same platform can be open in one country and blocked in the next.
Kalshi is available in 51, limited in 4 and restricted in 55 jurisdictions, with 99 not yet researched. Polymarket is available in 40, limited in 16 and restricted in 41 jurisdictions, with 112 not yet researched. All of the 96 restricted rows for these markets record a geographic block, where the platform refuses users from that country.
Prediction markets also appear inside broader trading platforms. 6 platforms in our exchange directory list them as a service: Aster, Coinbase, Crypto.com, Gemini, Hyperliquid and Jupiter. Their pages carry 49 service-level rows for the prediction-market product wherever its status differs from the rest of the platform.
Statuses follow the same rules as the rest of the site. The 207 rows behind the markets listed here cite 46 distinct sources: platform terms and restricted-country lists first, regulator publications second, then our own geo-access test. Each row carries a last-verified date and a confidence level, and a country nobody has researched yet stays unknown. The methodology page explains the full source hierarchy.
