Bybit relaunched in the UK in December 2025 with spot trading on about 100 pairs, two years after leaving over the FCA’s rules on crypto marketing.

What changed

  • Archax approves the marketing. Bybit operates under the approval of Archax, an FCA-authorised firm, and holds no UK licence of its own.

What changes in our data

The UK stays limited for Bybit, now at medium confidence with the spot-only offer as the reason.
