CFTC designates Gemini Titan as a contract market

The CFTC designated Gemini Titan, LLC as a designated contract market on 10 December 2025, according to the CFTC’s filing record. CoinDesk reported on 11 December that the approval lets Gemini, the exchange’s affiliate, offer regulated prediction markets in the form of event contracts to US customers.

What changes in our data

Nothing changes in the status rows. The United States was already available for Gemini, and Gemini Derivatives still excludes US persons. The designation is a licence, not a record of live service, so the dataset adds a prediction-market row only once a primary source shows the product is offered.
