Gate Europe gets a MiCA licence in Malta

Gate Europe (Gate Technology Ltd) obtains a MiCA licence from the Malta FSA for exchange and custody services.

Malta’s MFSA authorised Gate Technology Ltd as a crypto-asset service provider under MiCA on 29 September 2025, and Gate announced the licence on 1 October. ESMA’s register shows it passported to all 29 other EEA states.
