Lithuania’s gambling regulator, the Lošimų priežiūros tarnyba (LPT), said in mid-September 2026 that it had received a decision from the Regional Administrative Court and ordered Polymarket blocked, Focus Gaming News reports on 17 September. It instructed internet providers to block the site and payment providers to stop processing transactions with Adventure One QSS, Inc., the operator. It says its investigation found signs of betting under the “prediction market” label, which it treats as unlicensed gambling.
What changes in our data
Lithuania is not on Polymarket’s own list of blocked countries, so we now record it as limited for Polymarket, at medium confidence, rather than available.
