Kraken gets a MiCA licence in Ireland

The Central Bank of Ireland grants Kraken a MiCA licence covering all 30 EEA countries.

Kraken announced on 25 June 2025 that the Central Bank of Ireland had granted it a licence under MiCA. ESMA’s register lists Payward Europe Solutions Limited as authorised on 25 June 2025, with the licence passported to all 30 EEA countries.
